SAID Data

  • Locate the following (if available):

    • Transcripts shared with you by the client team

    • Audio files shared with you by the client

    • Audio files shared with you by the vendor

  • Access IxI BGBX.ai: https://my.bgbx.ai/

  • Give the upload a title you can refer to later in Data Mapping:

    • Market - StakeholderType - Condition - Audio

      • e.g., JP - Pulmonologist - IPF - Audio

  • Give the upload a description you can refer to later in Data Mapping as well

    • e.g., Japanese Pulmonologists interviewed for BMS Admilparant Efficacy

  • Select the Tag Group drop-down and choose a tag that provides additional information about the audio / transcript files you're uploading

    • Tags (as of 10/17/2025):

      • Client -e.g., BMS or AZ, etc.

      • Owner -e.g., Kx or IxI, etc.

      • Source -e.g., IDI or Youtube or Medidash

      • Brand -e.g., Admilparant or Jascayd, etc.

      • Market -e.g., US, UK, DE, JP, etc.

  • Select the drop-down for Tag and assign the appropriate tag to the upload

  • Select the Project Name drop-down from under the Assign to Deep Insights project heading

  • From the list of projects choose the project you are working on

    • Note: you will need to first create the project in Deep Insights before you will see it in this list

  • Once you've completed the upload details, select the box for 'Click to upload'

  • Select the audio or transcript files you need to add to the project

  • Select 'Open' to proceed

  • Once file has been added to the current upload, select 'Start Upload' to proceed

  • A banner at the top of the page will display, indicating progress on processing the files for transcription

  • You will also see the progress for uploading each file separately

  • The Transcripts page will display

  • You may see a small note in the bottom right corner indicating your files were included in the transcript processing pipeline (disappears quickly)

SHARED Data

  • Product team will use details input during the DI project setup steps to craft a SHARED data query.

STUDIED Data

  • Create the project folder and select the folder name to enter:

  • Proceed to the folder named, 'Deep Insights' (or 'Deep Why' / 'Lexicon IQ')

    • Note: you may need to create the folder for the project you are working on as this is not automatic

  • Create the folder hierarchy that is most appropriate for the stakeholders and markets or sites you plan to analyze

    • For example: If you are analyzing Hematology-Oncologists, Oncologists, PCPs, Patients, Carepartners across US, DE (Germany), JP (Japan) markets you'll want to create a folder structure like so:

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Hemonc

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Onc

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > PCP

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Patient

  • The proceed to do the same for US and JP markets

  • Once all the stakeholders / markets / sites of care folders are in Box, access each individually and create a folder for STUDIED

    • For example:

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Hemonc > STUDIED

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Onc > STUDIED

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > PCP > STUDIED

      • All Files > JARVIS > JARVIS_BMS_Admilparant_IPF > Deep Insights > DE > Patient > STUDIED

  • Proceed to upload the research and consulting power points into these folders taking care to appropriately attribute them to their respective stakeholders

Important Note: the STUDIED data processing pipeline runs every 30 minutes, however when many changes are made to the folder structure it can take longer to see updates in the project you may be working in.

A general rule of thumb is to give the pipeline an hour for every 10 or so changes you make.

If a significant amount of time has passed without you noticing changes in data access for any of the IxI Research Agents, please log a ticket with the Tech team for them to investigate

Someone from the tech team will be in touch with you about the pipeline soon thereafter
